Open Outlook

Goto File and click Add Account

 

In versions of outlook prior to Outlook 2010 you must add an email account from the Tools menu.

 

Outlook 2007 – Go to the Tools menu and select Account settings, click the E-mail tab and click New

 

Outlook 2003 – Go to the Tools menu and select E-mail Accounts, select Add a new e-mail account and press Next, Select POP3 and press Next

Incoming mail server: server.digitaldesignlounge.com

Outgoing mail server (SMTP): server.digitaldesignlounge.com

 

username: your email address

password: your email account password

 

click More Settings
